APRA Canada’s 10th Anniversary Conference Toronto 2010: Advancing Research, Inspiring Innovation October 13, 14 and 15, 2010 APRA Canada is currently looking for session presenters. Presenting at our second conference will provide you the opportunity to share your experiences with others while gaining valuable presenting experience, and enhance your career. Examples of some topics we’re hoping to cover at the conference are: -research in a campaign (mega and small) -economic and industry trends affecting wealth -leadership and management issues in prospect research and development -the researcher/fundraiser partnership and strategies for working together -healthcare research fundamentals -international resources and trends There will be approximately 10 – 15 sessions, with each session lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. New this year are three longer workshop sessions, offered on the last day. If you would like to be a session presenter for the 2010 APRA Canada conference, please submit your application by November 30, 2009 to Preeti Gill, programming chair, at preeti.gill.ubc.ca. Please limit to 100 words or less): Proposed Presentation Title: Suggested Presentation Description (please provide an abstract of your presentation in 100 words or less): Learning Objectives (two to three lessons participants will glean from your session): PLEASE NOTE: APRA Canada cannot cover conference registration fees, travel or related expenses for speakers. You do not have to register for the conference to present your session, but will need to register to attend other sessions.
