I-Ju Lai (pronounced “ee-ru lie”), is a research analyst with the Research and Prospect Analytics team at the University of British Columbia. She has been delivering decision-ready information to help advance her organization’s fundraising mission since she entered the philanthropic sector in 2011. I-Ju possesses a multidisciplinary skillset, with a strong drive for critical thinking and life-long learning. She currently focuses her interests on data-driven prospecting and analysis, social entrepreneurship, and international prospect research.
I-Ju holds a Master of Arts in linguistics from UBC, and a Master of Science in computer engineering from Santa Clara University.
