Private Company Valuation Working Group

PRIVATE COMPANY VALUATION WORKING GROUP - CANADA

I'd like to announce the formation of a Private Company Valuation working group for the Canadian prospect research community. The objectives of the group are:

1. To gather examples of how private company valuation is carried out by Canadian prospect researchers;
2. To determine and define best practices for private company valuation in the Canadian research setting;
3. To determine and define best practices for estimating giving capacity for prospects with private company holdings;
4. To communicate the findings of the group on all three of the above points to the APRA Canada membership and Canadian prospect research community.
