There are twelve members of APRA Canada located in London, Ontario, approximately 5 percent of the total membership. Despite our relatively small numbers, the prospect research community in London is vibrant and active. Five of the twelve members have served or are currently serving on the APRA Canada Board of Directors. All twelve members are active in London prospect research activities. As a group, we meet two to three times per year for the APRA Canada professional development sessions. In addition, we meet two times per year for social activities – once during the holiday season and once during the summer. We have a nice mix of veteran researchers and newcomers to the field. Throughout the year, we often ask each other for advice, talk about resources, occasionally commiserate and often celebrate our success. It is really a pleasure to be a part of such a wonderful community of researchers.
